Mission Chinese Food has opened a pop up restaurant out of Frankies 457 on Court Street in Carroll Gardens. Chef Danny Bowien keeps the same type of hip and extremely casual ambiance as his restaurant that was in Lower East Side, and he is serving up his creative dishes throughout the month of June, so go while you can. The pop up is cash-only, collected at the door ($35 per person), and it is located behind Frankie’s, so follow the signs directing you through the driveway entrance.
