Brunchtacular Raises Funds for Businesses Affected by Sandy
Naturally, when we heard the name of this event, Brunchtacular, our mouths watered. This Saturday, April 27th, Brunchtacular will take place at the largest beer garden in Brooklyn, T.B.D, in Greenpoint, between noon and 3pm. What’s more, this unlimited mimosa, as-much-as-you-can-sample, brunch gathering is being put on by Rally Downtown. Rally is an organization that creates ways to help the community businesses negatively affected by Hurricane Sandy. Many Brooklyn businesses lost at least a week of operation, inventory, and some even lost their assets. Rally donates 10% of their earnings to non profit organizations who support these local businesses.
