World Science Festival 2013

May 29th-June 2nd, New York City

For the 2nd year in a row, The World Science Festival is coming to Brooklyn!  The Metrotech Commons in Downtown Brooklyn will again serve as the Festival’s Innovation Square on Saturday, June 1st from 12pm to 8pm.  Last year, the square featured a robot petting zoo, quantum levitation demonstrations, DIY video games, flying mechanical birds, experimental music and so much more.  We can’t wait to see what’s in store this year!  Afterwards, head over to Pier 1 at Brooklyn Bridge Park for “Dance of the Planets: An Evening Under the Stars”.  Check out all of the family friendly exhibits, demonstrations and learning opportunities around town during the festival here- http://worldsciencefestival.com/events
