The LeFrak Center in Prospect Park opened today for roller skating, and what a beautiful day it was! The LeFrak Center was Prospect Park’s Lakeside $74 million capital project in the southern most end of the park. It opened in the winter for ice skating, and the rink was converted to cement for roller skating throughout the warmer months. Admission to the rink is only $6 per person, and skate rentals are $6 as well. The cafe, Bluestone, is open year round and features a seating area. The 15,000 square feet of landscaped viewing terraces will also play host to Friday night dance parties and musical performances. For more information on The LeFrak Center, click HERE.
