Many Tweets and Instagrams were posted today of the reactions of Greenpoint and Williamsburg residents of the camels, goats and a donkey who paraded through the neighborhoods for the Three Kings Parade, put on by El Museo Del Barrio. @Techbint tweeted, “Ok, this just got weird. The parade has camels”…”And a very reluctant donkey”. The Three Kings parade celebrates the Day of the Magi, when the three wise men brought gifts of frankincense, myrrh and gold to Jesus. The parade also had music, dancers, puppets, and so much more. Did you attend the parade today?
