Looking for a new, slightly adventurous barbeque recipe to try this summer? Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson recently sent Crave Online his original recipe for a “grilled black chocolate stout marinated skirt steak with Cilantro Chimmichurri,” and it sounds delicious.
The recipe calls for marinating a skirt steak with a bottle of Black Chocolate Stout for at least four hours. It also includes a recipe for the accompanying Chimmichurri. He suggests pairing the dish with Brooklyn Brewery’s Brown Ale.
